    About Me

    Prof. Dr. Toygar Toydemir

    Born in 1976, Dr. Toygar Toydemir graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine and completed his General Surgery Residency at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. With an interest in laparoscopic surgery, he pursued advanced training both domestically and abroad.

    Between 2009–2011, he performed hundreds of reflux surgeries with Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Yerdel. In 2013, he worked with Dr. Mitchell Roslin at New York Lenox Hill Hospital, specializing in revision bariatric surgery.

    He became a Professor of General Surgery in 2020. With extensive experience in reflux and obesity surgery, Dr. Toydemir continues his work in these areas.
